Who can use indigo Rewards card?

Any nominated indigo subscriber from an account.

Does this card have a supplementary card?

indigo Rewards card is an instant redemption card having no supplementary card.

What if I want to transfer the card to another's name?

It cannot be transferred to another's name unless your indigo account is being transferred to another person, in which case a new card will be issued.

Which outlets accept this indigo Rewards card?
A
There are over 1000 outlets nationwide that have Orix POS machines with a sticker showing acceptance of indigo Rewards card.

Do my reward points expire?
A
Your reward points are valid for two years from the date you earn them, during which you can redeem them at any time. Effective 31st December 2009, your reward points will expire each month.

How will I know when my reward points are going to expire?
A
You will be notified in your monthly billing statement regarding the expiry of your reward points.

Can I inquire about the status of my unused reward points?
A
Yes you can call 1371 at any given time to inquire about the status of your reward points which stand unredeemed.
   

Mobilink notifies all customers holding Mobilink Indigo Reward Points (“MIRP”) that effective [31.12.2009] MIRPS which have remained unredeemed for more than two years shall stand forfeited, and shall not be redeemed by Mobilink.
